This Privacy Policy describes how EFT-Systems GmbH ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Lead Capture Event mobile application (the "App"). The App is a business tool used by our staff at trade shows and events to capture sales leads and to display each employee's digital business card.

Information we collect

When you use the App to capture a lead, we collect the contact information you enter or scan, which may include a person's name, company, email address, phone number, and any notes or photographs of business cards taken with the device camera. We also process the contact and profile information of our own employees (name, job title, email, phone, photo) in order to generate their digital business cards.

How we use it

Information is used solely to provide the App's functionality: storing and synchronizing captured leads with our internal CRM, and presenting digital business cards. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not track users across other apps or websites.

Data sharing

Captured data is stored on our own secured servers (ERP/CRM system operated by EFT-Systems GmbH). We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the service or to comply with the law.

Data retention

Lead and contact data is retained for as long as needed for our business relationship and to comply with applicable legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights
